A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 34113
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIOH 1. That the Map of Tract 34113 in the C1ty of Santa
Monica presented by D & S Investments, being a subdivision for
condominlum purposes of Lot u, Block 38, Town of Santa Monica Tract,
as shown on Map recorded in Book 39, Page 45, et seq., Records of
Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby 1S accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby 1S authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
