WHEREAS, Larry J. Kosmont has accepted a pos~t~on
of ASslstant Clty Manager with the Clty of Seal Beach,
Cal1forn~a, and wl11 be leavlng the Clty of Santa Monlca
after servlng on the staff of the Clty Manager's offlce:
and,
WHEREAS, the Clty of Santa Honlca was benef~tted
greatly frOM the serVlces of Larry J. Kosmont,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Clty Councl1 of the Clty of
Santa Monlca does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1.
