A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA AMENDING
RESOLUTION 3750-B (eCS) WHICH
RESOLUTION CREATES VARIOUS CLASSES
OF POSITIONS AND PROVIDES FOR THE
RATE OF COMPENSATION THEREFOR, AND
REPEALING RESOLUTION NUMBER 3750N.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. NOTE T of Resolutlon No. 3750-B lS
hereby amended and shall read as follows:
NOTE T
Employees classified as Sanitat~on
Truck Drlver shall be paid an additional
$.75 per hour for those hours when
aSS1gned to one-person refuse vehlcles,
effective March 1, 1978.
SECTION 2. Resolutlon No. 3750N 15 hereby repealed
In lts ent~rety.
SECTION 3. The Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the
adopt1on of this resolutlon, and thenceforth and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
