A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR USE OF THE
COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF THE SANTA MONICA
CITY HALL.
WHEREAS, from tlme to tlme, various agencies are
deSlrOU5 of utillzing the facilit~es of the clty Council
Chambers located In the Clty Hall of the Clty of Santa
Monlca; and,
WHEREAS, the Clty Councll of the C~ty of Santa
MOnlca lS deSIrous of establishing a fee fer the use thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Santa Mon~ca does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That all agencies and organizatlons
deslrous of utilizing the facllitles of the Santa Monica
City Council Chambers located In the Santa Monlca Clty
Hall shall be charged a fee of One Hundred ($100) Dollars

for each meeting held thJreat, and for, each day of each
such m~etln9.
SECTION 2., That the Clt~ Mana~er, or hls delegate,

lS authorized and directed to establish such procedures as
are necessary and proper for the carrying'out of the
establlshment of such fee.
SECTION 3. The Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the

adoption of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter
the same shall be ~n full force and effect.
