A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 34017
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract 34017 in the City of Santa
Mon~ca presented by Yastasto Development, being a subdivis~on for
condominium purposes of Lot F, Block l14, Town of Santa Monica
Tract, as shown on Map recorded in Book 39, Pages 45 to 51 of Miscel-
laneous Records, Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby ~s
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby ~s authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
t~cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Mon~ca.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adopt~on of
th~s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
