A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 33609
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. That the Map of Tract 33609 in the City of Santa
Mon~ca presented by Equ~ty Assoc~ates, be~ng a subd~v~s~on for
con~om~n~um purposes of Lot A, Block 2l, Town of Santa Mon~ca Tract,
as shown on Map recorded ~n Book 39, Page 45 et seq., Records of
Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby ~s accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
d~rected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authent~-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the C~ty Clerk s3all certify to the adopt~on
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
