A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 34033
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Map of Tract No. 34033 in the C~ty of Santa
Monica presented by Lee C. Brown, Charlotte M. Brown, and Dan Ter-
heggen, be~ng a subd~v~s~on for condom~n~um purposes of Lot Q,
Block lll, Town of Santa Monica Tract, as shown on Map recorded ~n
Book 39, Pages 45 to 51, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the
same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk hereby ~s authorized and dlrected
to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenticated by
the Seal of the City of Santa Mon~ca.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
th~s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
