A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 33747
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Map of Tract No. 33747 ~n the C~ty of Santa
Monica presented by La Monica TownhoMes, be~ng a subdivision for
condominium purposes of Lot H, Block 16, Town of Santa Mon~ca Tract,
as shown on Map recorded ~n Book 39, Pages 45-51, Records of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby ~s accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. The C~ty Clerk hereby is author~zed and directed
to endorse upon the face of sa~d Map this order authent~cated by
the Seal of the C~ty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. The c~ty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption of
th~s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
~n full force and effect.
