A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 34592
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Map of Tract No. 33012 in the c~ty of Santa
Monica presented by HBH Montana Ltd., being a subd~vision for condo-
m~nium purposes of Lot 3, Block 1, Tract No. 3000, as shown on Map
recorded ln Book 31, Page 30, Records of Los Angeles County, be and
the same hereby ~s accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk hereby ~s author~zed and directed
to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authent~cated by
the Seal of the City of Santa Mon~ca.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
th~s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
