A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 33830
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. That the Map of Tract 110. 33830 ~n the City of
Santa Mon~ca presented by M~chael Keele Enterprises, being a sub-
d~vision for condominium purposes of Lot 370, Towner Terrace Tract
as shown on Map recorded in Book 8, Paqe 25, Records of Los Angeles
County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That t~e City Clerk ~ereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of sa~d Map this order authen-
t~cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the C~ty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ~n full force and effect.
