A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 33913
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. That the Map of Tract 33913 in the C~ty of
Santa Monica presented by Robert o. and Beverly A. McGuirk, being
a subdivision for condoM~n~um purposes of Lot 20, Block 14, Tract
No. l35l, as shown on Map recorded ~n Book lB, Page ll6, Records
of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby ~s accepted and
approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby ~s aut~or~zed and
d~rected to endorse upon the face of sa~d Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Mon~ca.
SECTIO~ 3. That the c~ty Clerk shall certify to the adopt~on
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ~n full force and effect.
