A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 34372
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~~TA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 34372 ~n the Clty of
Santa Monica Presented by B. Holloway, Holloway Development Co.,
Inc., being a subd~vision for condominium purposes of Lot E,
Block 72, Town of Santa Mon~ca Tract, as shown on Map recorded
~n Book 3, Pages 80-8l and amended in Book 39, Page 45-51, Records
of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby ~s accepted and
approved.
SECTIOU 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
directed to endorse upon the face of sa~d Map this order authen-
t1cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adopt~on
of th~s resolut~on and thenceforth and thereaftp.r the sawe shall
be in full force and effect.
