A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 33759
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. T~1.at the Map of Tract ~'o. 33759 ~n the C~ty of
Santa Monica presented by Francis P. Hariani and Jerry H. Buss,
being a subd~v~sion for condom~n~um purposes of Lot P, Block Ill,
Town of Santa Mon~ca, as shown on Map recorded ~n Book 39, Pages
45 through 51, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same
hereby ~s accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. T~at the City Clerk hereby ~s author~zed and
d~rected to endorse upon the face of saId Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Mon~ca.
SECTION 3. That the c~ty Clerk shall certify to the adopt~on
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter t~e same shall
be ~n full force and effect.
