A RESOLUTION O~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA AMENDING SECTION ZA OF RESO-
LUTION NO. 1786 (CCS) PERTAINING TO THE RULES
AND REGULATIONS FOR THE OPERATION OF PARKING
LOTS ON THE BEACH.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS.
SECTION 1. Section 2A of Resolution 1786 (CCS)
is amended to read as follows'
"Section ZA. The rates to be charged
shall be fixed by the City Manager from time
to time, but in no event shall exceed two
dollars per day."
SECTION Z. In all other respects Resolution No. 1786
(CCS) is hereby confirmed.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
