RESOLUTION NO. 5068 reCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA ORDERING WORK IN TENTH COURT BETWEEN
OLYMPIC BOULEVARD AND 450 FEET NORTHWESTERLY OF
OLYMPIC BOULEVARD WITHIN THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA.
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held on July 25, 1978 on said
work to be done, and all objections and protests to the proposed work to
be assessed were heard and considered by the City Council and were
overruled;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Santa tlonica hereby
orders the \~rk described in said Resolution of Intention to be done in
Tenth Court between Olympic Boulevard and 450 feet Northwesterly of Olympic
Boulevard within the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 2. Reference hereby lS made to said Resolution of
Intention No. 5039 for a description of the work and for further particulars.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full
force and effect.
