RESOLUTION NO. 5069 (CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 33373
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIO~ 1. That the map of Tract No. 33373 in the C1ty of
Santa Mon1ca presented by Raymond Chen and Emercy C. Wong, being
a subdivis10n for condomlnlum purposes of Lot V, Block 7l,Town
of Santa r!onica Tract, as shown on map recorded in Book 39, Pages
45 through 51, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same
hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorized and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of sa1d map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Mon1ca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoptlon
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 1n full force and effect.
