A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 34117
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIO~ 1. That the map of Tract No. 34117 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Edward R. Butler, Joseph L. Wall~ng
and Myrtle O. Walling, being a subd~vision for condominium pur-
poses of Lot 13, Block 2, Tract No. 5239, as shown on map recorded
in Book 54, Page 81, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the
same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of sa~d map this order authen-
t~cated by the Seal of the c~ty of Santa Manica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of th~s resolut~on and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
