A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 33935
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIon 1. That the map of Tract No. 33935 ln the City of
Santa Monlca presented by Nancy Jean Doyle and Donnell B. Boyle,
being a subdlvlslon for condominium purposes of Lot I, Block 35,
Town of Santa Monica Tract, as shown on map recorded in Book 39,
Pages 45 to 51 1nclusive, Records of Los Angeles County, be and
the same hereby 1S accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That t~e Clty Clerk hereby is authorlzed anc
dlrected to endorse upon t~e face of sald map thlS order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the City of Santa Mon1ca.
SECTION 3. That the C1ty Clerk shall certify to the adoptlon
of this reSolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ln full force and effect.
