THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 33729
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DORS RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 33729 in the City of
Santa Mon~ca presented by Shambhu L. Kayastha, being a subd~v~s~on
for condorn~n~um purposes of Lot C, Block 50, of amended map of the
Town of Santa Mon1ca Tract, as shown on Map recorded ~n Book 39,
Pages 45 to 51 1nclus~ve, Records of Los Angeles County, be and
the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the c~ty Clerk hereby lS author~zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of sa~d Map this order authen-
t~cated by the Seal of the C~ty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall cert~fy to the adoption
of th~s resolut~on and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 1n full force and effect.
