24 manner prescribed by law: that aU and singular. the allegations of said
25 petition are true and that it is for the advantage and best interests of the
26 estate and of all interested persons that the compromise as set forth in the
27 petition and as herein approved be authorized and approved in that it will
28 save the estate from further expense.
29 WHEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, adjudged and decreed that
30 said Executrix be and she is hereby authorized and empowered to compromise
