developing, and/or extracting said uranium, thorium
and other fissionable materials, oil, gas, petroleum,
asphaltum and other hydrocarbon substances and other
minerals and mineral ores.
ALSO RESERVING unto said Southern California Edison Company,
its successors and assigns, the right to construct, operate, use, main-
tain, alter, add to, reconstruct, enlarge, repair, renew, replace,
inspect, improve, relocate, and/or remove, at any time and from time
to time, electrical systems and communication systems consisting of wood
and/or metal poles, guy wires and anchors, crossarms, wires and other
fixtures and appliances, with necessary appurtenances, both overhead and
underground, for conveying electric energy to be used for light, heat,
power, and for transmitting intelligence by electrical means and/or other
purposes, in, under, on, over, along and across the hereinbefore described
real property.
The real property hereby conveyed is not necessary or
useful in the performance of the duties of said Southern California
Edison Company to the public.
SUBJECT TO the real property taxes for the fiscal year 1971-
1972, a lien not yet due or payable, and to covenants, conditions,
restrictions, reservations, exceptions, rights and easements of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Southern California Edison Company
has caused its corporate name and seal to be affixed hereto and this
instrument to be executed by a Manager and an Assistant Secre-
tary, thereunto duly authorized this 30th day of May ,
