EXCEPT that portion of said Lot 23 conveyed to the State of California for Ocean Avenue,
by Deed recorded in Book 18345, page 294 of Official Records.

Lot 9 of the Moss Tract, in the City of Santa Monica, County of Los Angeles, State of
