1 Beginning at the westerly corner of said Lot 1; thence south-
2 easterly along the southwesterly line of said Lots a distance of
:3 584.46 feet, more or less to a point on the northwesterly line
4 of Olympic Boulevard, 110 feet wide, said line being a curve
5 concave southerly and having a radius of 11,778.44 feet; thence
6 northeasterly along said northwesterly line, through a central
7 angle of 00 09' 23.5", an arc distance of 32.18 feet to the
8 beginning of a tangent curve concave northerly having a radius
9 of 33 feet; thence westerly along the last mentioned curve an
10 arc distance of 41.17 feet toa point of tangency on a line
11 parallel with and distant 8 feet northeasterly, measured at
12 right angles, from said southwesterly line; thence northwesterly
13 along said parallel line a distance of 553.38 feet to the
14 beginning of a tangent curve concave easterly having a radius
15 of 10 feet; thence northerly along the last mentioned curve an

1 One Hundred ($35,100.00) Dollars. IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED
2 that the payment of said sums of money, specified above, is in
3 full payment far the property so taken, together with any and
4 all improvements pertaining to the realty, and for all damages
5 by reason of the taking, and is fair, just and adequate
6 compensation therefore.
7 4. IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED that plaintiff's pro rata
8 share of any and all general and special county and city taxes
9 as to the above descriped real property shall be cancelled as to
10 said parcel as of the effective date of the Ord~r of Immediate
11 Possession which was filed on the 24th day of February, 1971.
12 5. IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED that Bindings of Fact
13 and Conclusions of Law, and Notice of Entry of Judgment may be
14 and the same are hereby waived. ;
