EXHIBIT "A" TO THE CORPORATION GRANT DEED
DATED APRIL 20, 1972, BY SHELL OIL COMPANY
TO THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
That portion of Lot 6, Block 23, Erkenbrecher Syndicate
Santa Monica Tract, in the City of Santa Monica, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded
in Book 6, pages 26 and 27 of maps in the office of the
County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northwesterly line of said
Lot distant thereon 262 feet northeasterly from the
westerly corner of said Lot; thence northeasterly along
s aid northwesterly line a distance of 29 feet; thence
southeasterly parallel ,nth the southwesterly line of
said Lot a distance of 29 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve concave southerly having a radius of 29
feet; thence westerly along said curve an arc distance
of 45.56 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING all oil, gas, hydrocarbon sub-
