PERSON OR PERSONS LEGALLY ENTITLED THERETO, all estate now held by it thereunder in and to that
property situated in said county, state of California, described as follows:

office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Northwesterly line of said Lot distant 35,03 feet Southwesterly
thereon from the Northerly corner of said Lot; thence Southeasterly in a direct line to a
point in a line parallel with and 30 feet distant Southwesterly, measured at right angles,
from the Northeasterly line of said Lot, said point being distant 5 feet Southeasterly
along said parallel line from said Northwesterly line, said parallel line also being the
Southwesterly line of Twenty-eighth Street, 60 feet wide; thence Southeasterly along said
Southwesterly line 88,78 feet, more or less, to a point in the Southeasterly line of said ~

The remaining property described in said Deed of Trust shall continue to be held by said Trustee under

personal liability of any person for payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust.
