of Lot 20 in Block 13 of Erkenbrecher Syndicate Santa Monica Tract"
as shown on map recorded in Book 6, pages 26 and 27 of Maps" in the
office of the County Recorder of said County, being a strip of land
3.00 feet wide the northwesterly line of which is coincidental with
the southeasterly line of that certain 7.00 foot strip of land conveyed
by the State of California to the City of Santa Monica by deed recorded
in Book D3714, page 670 of Official Records in said office.
The side lines of said easement shall be prolonged or shortened so
that they terminate at the northeasterly and southwesterly lines of said
Lot 20.
TOGETHER with all necessary or convenient means of ingress or
egress to and from said land for the above described purposes; provided,
however, that the owner of the land underlying said easement may use the
surface thereof without, however" the right to build permanent structures
thereon.
