JOHN p. FARQUHAR, as administrator of the estate of
Georgina Frances Walton, deceased,
quitclaims to the CITY OF SANTA MONICA, a municipal corporation, all
of right, title and interest in and to that certain real property
in the City of Santa Monica, more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land being a portion of that certain real
propertJ' , in the city of Santa Monica, county of Los
Angeles, state of California, described in deed from
Robert C. Gillis, et ux., to Los Angeles Pacific
Company recorded November 27, 1907 in book 3226 page
117 of Deeds, in the office of the recorder of Los
Angeles county; more particularl~' described as follows:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the center
line of Pi co Boulevard, 80 feet w:tde, with the center
line of Fourth Street, 60 feet wide, extending north-
westerly from said Pico Boulev3.l"'d, as shown and mon-
umented in Field Book 310 Page 54 on file in the office
of the Ci t3T Engineer of the C1 ty of Santa tiIonica; thence
North lJ50 25' 5511 West along the center line of said
Fourth Street, a distance of 1045.03 feet; thence South
80 08' 05" itJes t, a distance of 37.29 feet to the south-
westerly line of said Fourth Street; thence South 450
251 55" East along said southwesterly line, a distance
of 12.61 feet to the true point of beginning, said true
point of beginning being also the beginning of a curve
concave westerly and having a radius of 581 feet and
whence the radial line bears North 840 58' 35" v-Jest;
thence southwesterly along the arc of said curve, a
distance of 31.55 feet to a point whence the radial
line bears North 810 51' 55" West; thence South 80
08' 05" West, a distance of 163.81 feet to the begin-
ning of a curve concave northwesterly and having a
radius of 1157.007 feet and whence the radial line
bears North 810 51' 55" West; thence southwesterly along
the arc of the last mentioned curve, a distance of 276.32
feet to a point whence the radial line bears North 680
10' 5511 West; thence South 210 49' 05" ~;1est, a distance
of 29.89 feet; thence South 20 14' 5411 East, a distance
of 24.11 feet to a point in the westerly line of Main ~
Street, 80 feet wide, as described in Final Order of 0
Condemnation had in Case No. 131082 in the Superior W
Court of the state of California, in and for the county ~
of Los Angeles entered January 2, 1925 in Judgment Book
574 Page 135 of Los Angeles county records; the last

easterly and having a radius of 80 feet and
whence the radial line bears South 760 04' 55"
East; thence northeasterly along the arc of the
last mentioned curve, a distance of 117.62 feet
to the easterly boundary of said real property
described in said deed from Robert C. Gillis,
et ux., said easterly boundary being identical
with the westerly line of Block 3 of the Bandlni
Tract sho~~ on map thereof, recorded in book 55
page 56 of Miscellaneous Records, in the office
of the recorder of Los Angeles county; thence
North 80 09' 35" East along the westerly Hne
of said Block 3, a distance of 416.55 feet to
the southwesterly line of said Fourth Street;
thence North 450 25' 55" West alone; said south-
westerly line of said Fourth Street, a distance
of 56.12 feet to the true point of beginning.
