This Instrument, Made this 26th day of November, 1969 Between Charlie
Brown Restaurants, Inc., party of the first part, and THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA (a municipal corporation of the State of California),
the party of the second part;
Witneseth: That said party of the first part, for and in consider-
ation of the sum of one dollar ($1.00), lawful money of the United
States of America, and other valuable consideration, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents grant and convey
unto said party of the second part a permanent easement and right of
way for public sidewalk purposes in, over, along, upon and across all
that parcel of land, situate and lying in The City of Santa Monica,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, described as follows,

That portion of Lot 254 of Tract No. 1980, in the City of Santa
Monica, in the County of Los Angeles, State of California as per map
recorded in Book 21, Page 152 of Maps, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the northwesterly line of said
Lot with a line parallel with and distant 30.00 feet northeasterly,
measured at right angles from the southwesterly line of said Lot;
