of California, as per map recorded in Book 105, Pages
20 and 21 of Maps in the office of the Recorder of
said County. described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the northwesterly line of said Lot
109, distant 5 feet southwesterly thereon from the northerly
corner of said Lot: thence northeasterly along said line a
distance of 5 feet to said northerly corner: thence south-
easterly along the northeasterly line of said Lot 109 a
distance of 5 feet to a point: thence westerly in a direct
