the office of the Recorder of Los Angeles County.

Commencing at the most westerly corner of
said lot 1011 thence northeasterly along ,the north-
westerly line of said lot a distance of 30.08 feet
to a point1 said point being on a line parallel with
and 30 feet distant. measured at right angles, from
