County of Los Angeles, do hereby certify that by virtue of an Ordinance, Numbered 15, of
th(~ Town of Santa Monica, entitled: "An Ordinance of the Town of Santa Monica,
relating to the assessment and collection ot taxe6," adopted by the trustees of said town
February 21 st, ] 887, and approved by the president of said board of Tru?tees.
I, M, NooN,Marshal and ex-officio Tax Collector of the town aforesaid, heretofore and
at the time hereinafter mentiuned, did on the third Monday of November, 1887,dcliver to
the board of trustees of said town, by filing with the elerk thereof, a complete dplinquent
list of all persons and property then owing taxes in said town tothe Town of Santa Monica,
which said delinquent list did include the property first hereinafter described in tl~
