I, 1\1. NOON, Marshal and ex-officio Tax Collector of the town aforesaid, heretofore and
at the time hereinafter mentiuned, did on the third Monday of November, 1887, deliver to
the board of trustees of said town, by filing with the clerk thereof, a complete dl>linquent
list of all persons and property then owing taxes in said town to the Town of Santa Monica,
which said delinquent list did include the property first hereinafter described in t]~
