CONTINUATION GUARANTEE
Since the date of the Guarantee issued by Title
Insurance and Trust Company, under its Order No. 1150150,
covering property to be condemned for the opening and
widening of Kinney Street, in the City of Santa Monica,
California, to-wit:-August 1st 1929 at 8:00 A. M. no
further matters appear of record affecting the title of
the land therein described except the following:
An action commenced November 27th 1929, entitled
City of Santa Monica, a municipal corporation, plaintiff,
vs Joseph H. Mathews, et aI, defendants, for the condemna-
tion of portions of said land for street purposes for the
opening and extending of Kinney Street, in the City of
Santa Monica, California. See Case No. 292227, Superior
Court, County of Los Angeles.
Notice of the pendency of said action was recorded
November 27th 1929 in Bbok 9577 Page 95, Official Records.
No further examination has been made as to any taxes,
bonds or assessment against said lands.
