At the regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors of
the First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Santa Monica,
held at the office of the Association on Thursday, August 4, 1955,
the following resolution was passed:
Upon motion made, seconded and duly passed, the following resolution
was adopted:
"RESOLVED, that the proper officers of the Association are hereby
authorized to execute a deed of conveyance and escrow instructions
in connection with the sale of that certain parcel of land described
as Lot "S" in Block 172 of the City of Santa Monica, to the
parking authority of the City of Santa Monica."
