1st day of December, 1939 entered into by Associated Telephone
Company, Ltd., a California corporation, and Security-First National
Bank of Los Angeles, arid recorded November 30, 1939 in Book 17103
at Page 120 of Official Records, Los Angeles County, California and
that certain supplemental indenture dated January 2, 1940 and
recorded January 3, 1940 in Book 17194 at Page 60 of Official ReCOrds,

~ dated December 1, 1940 and recorded May 2, 1941 in Book l8~94 at Page
189 of Official Records, Los Angeles County, California and that
certain supplemental, indenture dated April 28, 1~43 and recorded
May 3, 194~ in Book 19956 at Page 327 of Official Records, Los Angeles
County, California, does hereby release, discharge and quitclaim with-
out warranty unto the person or persons regularly entitled thereto,

all right, title and interest vested in said Security-Firat National

be effective in any manner to release any property or interest from

the lien of said indenture, excepting only the interest of the
Trustee under said indenture and supplemental indentures in the
, particular property hereinabove specifically described and the lien
of said indenture and supplemental indentures thereto shall remain
unaffected and unimpaired by the execution and delivery of this
release upon and with respect to the premises and property described
or referred to in said indenture and supplements thereto, save
only as this release affects the property hereinabove specifically
described.
