of November, 1914, under the reserved legislative power, knovm as the

certification of Land Titles and the simplification of the transfer

REGISTRATION by Certificate No. AI-13847 on the 24th day of August,
1921, in obedience to the mandates of the DECREE OF TIlE SUPERIOR COURT
" OF THE STATE OF CALIFORN"IA, IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES.
Section 15 of said Act provides that the Registrar's act in
filing said decree and issuing the Certificate of Title, shall have
the effect of bringing the land described in said decree under the oper-
ation of the act as of the date of filing of the petition with the
County Clerk. The Petition in this case was filed with the County Clerk,
March 17, 1921 at 9:45 A.M. and known in his office as L. R. 355.
