California, as Trustee under Deed of Trust dated February 8, 1940, made by
Esperidion C. Casillas and Virginia G. Casillas, Trustor, and recorded
February 23, 1940, in Book 17229, Page 387 of Official Records in the
office of the Hecorder of Los Angeles County, California, has received from
Beneficiary thereunder a written request to reconvey, reciting that all
sums secured by said Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that said Deed
of Trust and the note or notes secured tnereby have been surrendered to said
Trustee for cancellation;
NOW TIIEREFORE, in accordance with said request and the provisions of
said Deed of Trust CALIFORNIP~ TRUST C01TAtrT, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey,
without warranty, to THE PERSON OR PTmSONS LEGALLY ENTI1'IJED l"BERETO, the
estate now held by it thereunder.
. IN VHTNESS VlE'EREOF, CALIFORNIA TRUST COMPANY, as Trustee, has caused
its corporate name to be signed thereto by its duly authorized officer, this
