PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
WHEREAS, CALIFORNIA TRUST COMPANY, a corporation, of Los
Angeles, California, as Trustee, under Deed of TI'ust dated Novem-
ber 28, 1940, made by ALBERT C. HARRIS, also known as A. C. Harris,
and Albert Harris, and EMMA HA,RRIS, also known as Emma C. Harris,
Trustor, and recorded December 5, 1940 in Book 18010, Page 218, of
Official Records in the office of the Recorder of Los Angeles
County, California, has received from Beneficiary thereunder a
written request to reconvey that portion of the real property
covered by said Deed of Trust hereinafter particularly described.
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with said request and pursuant
to provisions of said Deed of Trust CALIFORNIA TRUST COMPANY, as
Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to THE PERSON OR
PERSONS LEGALLY ENTITLED THERETO, the real property situate in the
City of Santa Monica, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
described as:
Lots 153 and.201 of Towner Terrace, as per map
recorded in Book 8, page 25 of Maps, records of
Los Angeles County, California.
The remaining property mentioned in said deed of trust shall
continue to beheld by said trustee under the terms thereof and
thisthis reconveyance shall not affect the personal liability of
any person for the unpaid portion of the indebtedness mentioned
as secured thereby.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, CALIFORNIA TRUST COMPANY, as Trustee,
has caused its-corporate name to be signed by its Assistant Secretary

sonally appeared H. W. KOCH, known to me to be the
Assistant Secretary of CALIFORNIA TRUST COMPANY, the
corporation that executed the foregoing instrument as
Trustee, and known to me to be the person who executed
the same on behalf of the corporation therein named, and
acknowledged to me that such corporation executed the
. same as Trustee.
