QUITCLAIM DEED BY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is acknowledged,
I, HAL R. BRODY, as Executor of the Estate of MEYER BRODY, deceased,
pursuant to the Order of the Superior Court of the State of California,
for Los Angeles County, made in the matter of the Estate of MEYER BRODY,
proceeding No. 608839 on November 9, 1977, do hereby remise, release
and forever quitclaim to the City of Santa Monica, a Municipal corpor-
ation, all the right, title, interest and estate of the deceased, and
all the right, title and interest that the estate of MEYER BRODY, de-
ceased, has acquired by operation of law or otherwise, other than, or
in addition to, that of the deceased, at the time of his death, in and to
the hereinafter described real property, and also in and to that certain
Lease dated October 7, 1955 between BEULAH F. NICHOLSON as Lessor, and
IRVING BRODY and MEYER BRODY, as Lessee, covering the fOllowing described
real property in the City of Santa Monica, County of Los Angeles, State
of California:
AN UNDIVIDED ONE-HALF INTEREST IN AND TO THE FOLLOWING:
Lots "K""and "L" in Block 197 of the Town of Santa Monica, as per map
recorded in Book 3, pages 80 and 81 and in Book 39, pages 45 to 51, in-
clusive, of Miscellaneous Records, in the office of the County Recorder
of said County.
EXCEPT the rear 50 feet of said lot.

FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is acknowledged,
I, HAL R. BRODY, as Executor of the Estate of MEYER BRODY, deceased, pur-
suant to the Order of the Superior Court of the State of California, for
Los Angeles County, made in the matter of the estate of ~mYER BRODY, pro-
ceeding No. 608839 on November 9, 1977, allthorizing conveyance of an
interest in improvements, fixtures and equipment pertaining to real
property to the City of Santa Monica in lieu of condemnation, grants
to the City of Santa Monica, a Municipal corporation, all the right, title,
interest and estate of the deceased, and all the right, title and interest
that the estate of MEYER BRODY, deceased, has acquired by operation of
law or otherwise, other than, or in addition to, that of the deceased,
at the time of his death, in and to the improvffiuents and improvements
pertaining to the realty which are attached or affixed in any manner to
the following described real property specifically including, but not
limited to, the items in Exhibit "A", list of "Improvements Pertaining
to Realty", attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, which
either generally or for purposes of this deed are part of the improvements
and real property located in the City of Santa Monica, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, described as follows:

County.
