Angeles, California, as Trustee under Deed of Trust made by HENRY O.
GALLEN & VIOLETTE S. GALLiN, Trustor and recorded May 21, 194:3, in
Book 19999, Page 295 of Official Reoords, in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of Los Angeles, State of California, has
received from BenefiCiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey,
in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust, all estate new
held by said Trustee under said Deed of Trust in and to the hereinafter
described property, said Beneficiary having presented said Deed ot
Trust and note secured thereby for endorsement.
NOW THlREFOREt in aocordance with said request and the provisions
of .aid Deed of Trust, TITLE INSURA.NCi AND TRU gr COMPANY, as Trustee,
does hereby RECONVEY, without warranty, to TEi PERSON OR PERSONS

being the southerly +ine, and the easterly prolongation thereof of
that oertain course in the southerly line of Olympio Boulevardaes-

Otficial Records of said County. Said strip to extend from the west-
erly line to the easterly line of said Lot.
The remaining property deseribed in said Deed of Trust shall

proviled in said Deed of Trust, this Partial Reconveyanee is male
