PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
WHEREAS HANNA REALTY CORPORATION, a California Corporation, as Substituted
Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated March 22, 1962, made by JESSIE LEE BAILEY,
a widow, who acquired title as JESSIE H. BAILEY, Trustor (s), and recorded as
Document No. 2751 on April 9, 1962, in Book T2320, Page 750, of Official Records
in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, has received
from the Beneficiary thereunder a written request to execute a partial reconveyance
as provided in said Deed of Trust and is authorized to convey the real property
hereinafter described, conveyed to it by said Deed of Trust;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with said request and the provisions of
said Deed of Trust, said HANNA REALTY CORPORATION, as Substituted Trustee, does
hereby reconvey without warranty to the PERSON or PERSONS LEGALLY ENTITLED
THERETO, all of the estate and interest derived by it through or under said
Deed of Trust in and to the following described portion of the premises therein
described, to-wit;
The Northeasterly 8 feet of Lot 1, Block 16, Erkenbrecher Syndicate
Santa Monica Tract, in the City of Santa Monica, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 6, Pages 26 and 27
of Maps, in the office of the Recorder of said County and that

five feet; thence Southeasterly parallel with the Northeasterly
line of said Lot, a distance of five feet; thence Westerly in a
