corporation, an easement for street purposes in and to
certain real property, described as follows:
That portion of Lot 191, Towner Terrace Tract
in the City of Santa Monica, County. of Los
Angeles, State of California as per map recorded
in Map Book 8, Page 25 in the office of the Re-
corder of said County, commencing at the northerly
corner of said Lot, thence southwesterly along
the northwester~y line of said Lot a distance
of 9 feet to the point of beginning: thence
