This is to advise you that on August 17, 1967 the California Highway
Commission adopted a resolution relinquishing to the City of San~a
Monica a portiori of State Road 07-LA-10-3.3 along certain collateral
facilities at Twenty-f'ourth Street and Delaware Avenue, in connection
with the Santa Monica Freeway.
We are transmitting herewith three copies of said resolution together
with maps attached showing that portion of the State Highwa;~ so
relinquished.
This resolution was recorded August 2~+, 1967, as Document No. 3915,
Book R2816, pages 253 and 25~+, in the office of the County Recarder
of Los Angeles County.

That portion o£ Block 22, Erkenbrecher Syndicate Santa Monica
Tract, in the City of Santa Monica, County of Los Angeles,
State af California, as per map recorded in Book 6, Pages 26
and 27 of Maps in the office of the Recorder of said County,
beginning at a point in the northeasterly line of said Block
a distance of 130 feet measured along said line from the
easterly corner of said Block; thence southeasterly along
said line 130 feet to said carner; thence southwes[erly
along the southeasterly line of said Block a distance of
25 feet to the beginning of a tangenC curve concave westerly
and having a radius of 17 feet; thence northerly along said curve
an arc distanca of 26.70 feet more or less to a tangent point
in a line parallel with and distant 8 feet southwesterly measured
at right angles, from said northeasterly line; thence north-
westerly along said para11e1 line 45 feet to the beginning of
a tangent curve concave northeasterly and having a radius of
308 feet; thence northwesterly along last mentioned curve an
arc distance of 68.61 feet more or less to said point of
beginning.
