BARNARD WAY WIDENING
The city has a condemnation. action pending for the
acquisition of property at the northeast corner of Ocean Park
Boulevard and Barnard Way. The city has an appraisal on the
property in the sum of $24,500.00. I have negotiated a settle-
ment, subject to Council approval, with the owner Walker M. Ware
and his attorney Harold Rubins for the sum of $26,950.00.
I recommend that this offer be accepted.
