SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE n't~~~~~t\/.;
re THE SPEEDWAY WIDENING ..
We have entered into an agreement for the acquisition~~o-
of a certain 192 square foot parcel, owned by Charles and Rose
Silverstone, for The Speedway widening. The agreed consideration
is $1030.00 for the improvements on the property and a promise
by the City to convey 192 square feet of excess property.
It is requested that the Council authorize execution
of a deed conveying the 192 square feet of excess property to
Charles Silverstone and Rose Silverstone.
