right, title and interest in and to that certain real property in
the City of Santa Monica, more particularly described as. follows:
That portion of Lot 11, Tract No. 13036, as per
map recorded in Book 249, Page 2 of Maps in the office
of the Recorder of Los Angeles County, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the northeasterly line
of said Lot 11, distant 5 feet northwesterly thereon
from the most easterly corner of said Lot7 thence south-
easterly along said northeasterly line a distance pfS
feet to the easterly corner of said Lot7 thence south-
westerly along the southeasterly line of said Lot a
distance of 5 feet to a point7 thence northerly in a
direct line to the point of beginning.
