corporation, that certain real property in the City of Santa
Monica, more particularly described as follows:
That portion of Lot 39, Block 15, Erkenbrecher
Syndicate Santa Monica Tract, in the City of
Santa Monica, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 6, Pages
26 and 27 of Maps in the office of the Recorder
of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the northeasterly line
of said Lot 39, distant 5 feet northwesterly
thereon from the most easterly corner of said
Lot; thence southeasterly along said line a
distance of 5 feet to said easterly corner;
thence southwesterly along the southeasterly
line of said Lot 39 a distance of 5 feet to a
point; thence northerly in a direct line to
the point of beginning.
