JESSE EDDIE ORTEGA, as Administrator of the Estate of ANNIE AGUILAR, de-
ceased, for and in consideration of the sum of $316.00, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and convey unto the City of
Santa Monica all right, title and interest of the Estate of ANNIE AGUILAR,
deceased in and to a one-sixth interest of the hereinafter described
real prope rty.
This deed is made, executed and delivered by the said JESSE
EDDIE ORTEGA pursuant to order approving compromise of action made by the
Superior Court of the State of California, for the County of Los Angeles,
in the matter of the Estate of ANNIE AGUILAR, deceased, being Probate
Action No. P 508,592, said order having been made on the 8th day of
February, 1967, a certified copy of which order is recorded contempor-
aneously herewith in the office of the County ReCOrder of said County,
to which reference is hereby made.
Said real property is described, as follows:
The southwesterly 8 feet of Lot 4, Block 20,
Erkenbrecher Syndicate Santa Monica Tract,
in the City of Santa Monica, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, as per map
recorded in Book 6, Pages 26 and 27 of Maps
in the office of the Recorder of said
County, containing 400 square feet.
