ledged, JOHN R. SANDRES and VERA BELLE SANDRES do hereby grant,
convey, and assign to the City of Santa Monica, a municipal cor-
poration, all right, title, and interest in and to that certain
real property, located in the City of Santa Monica, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described as
follows:
That portion of lot 2 in block 30 of Erkenbrecher
Syndicate Santa Monica Tract, in the city of Santa
Monica, county of Los Angeles, state of California,
as per map recorded in book 6 pages 26 and 27 of
Maps, in the office of the county recorder of said
county, described as follows:
