RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUIT CLAIM DEED FEOM
CHARLES L. JONES AND ELIZABETH F. JONES,
HIS WIFE.

That the annexed Quit Claim Deed from CHARLES L. .TONES
and ELIZABR'TH F. JONES, his wife, conveying to the CITY OF SANTA
MONICA, a municipal corporation, all that real property situated
in the City of Santa Monica, County of Los Angeles, State of
california, described as follows:
0.17 acres on the Southeasterly line of Colorado
Avenue commencing .at its intersection with the
Southeast prolongation of the Northeasterly line
Of 11th Street; thence Southwesterly 80 feet;
thence Southeasterly on the Southeasterly pro-
longation of the.Southwesterly line of 11th Street
88.04 feet; thence Northeasterly 80.9 feet to said.

Northwesterly 100 feet to beginning, of San Vicente

IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED: That the CommisSioner of
Finance, ex-officio Acting Mayor, be, and he hereby is, authorized
and instructed to execute the Annexed Acceptance of Quit clain
Deed, and that the Commissioner of Public Works, be, and he hereby
is, authorized and instructed to attest the same and affix the
seal of the City of Santa Monica thereto.
That the Commissioner of Finance, ex"officio Acting
Mayor of the City of Santa Monica, be, and he hereby is, authorized
and instructed to cert:l,fy to the adoption of this resolution, and
the Commissioner of Public Works, be, and he hereby is, authorized
and instructed to attest the same.
ADOPTED this 22nd day of May, 1946, by the following
